Environment and Natural Resources

Disputes and Litigation

  • We actively participate in defending projects against claims filed before the Executive Director of the SEA (Environmental Assessment Agency) or the Ministers’ Committee.
  • We defend our clients in sanctioning procedures initiated by the Superintendency of the Environment or any other State Administration body.
  • We handle judicial defense before the Environmental Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court, and the Comptroller General of the Republic in complex and strategic litigation.
  • We represent our clients in environmental damage claims, protection actions, public law annulments, and any other contentious-administrative dispute.
