Giannina Bocchi is Director of the Public and Regulatory Law practice. Her work focuses on Administrative Law and regulated industries, with particular emphasis on urban planning. She provides strategic advice on regulatory risk management and supports clients in complex decision-making processes.She represents clients in administrative proceedings, dispute resolution matters, and litigation before ordinary and special courts in administrative and regulatory law matters.Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, as well as at other law firms in Santiago. Between 2012 and 2014, she served as Internal Comptroller of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
