Her practice focuses on public and regulatory law, particularly in environmental, cultural, and heritage matters.She previously worked as a lawyer in the Environmental Superintendence (SMA), the Environmental Assessment Agency (SEA), the Ministry of the Environment, and the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage. Through these roles, she gained extensive knowledge of the environmental and cultural heritage institutional and regulatory framework, as well as of environmental management instruments and related administrative procedures.Since 2022, she has advised on the development and assessment of investment projects subject to the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), as well as on the design of environmental compliance strategies and the identification and management of regulatory and sanctioning risks. Her experience includes projects in energy, mining, real estate development, and aquaculture sectors.
